Customers must pay a 25% deposit up front in advance of commencement of any upcycling work on their own item (agreed prior to commencement of works by free consultation & quote from Shabby Chic Rustique). Customers will have a 14 day cooling off period starting from the date Customer Commission Agreement has been signed & dated and payment of 25% deposit paid and received by us. NOTE customers will forfeit the entirety of 25% deposit paid if they DO NOT confirm cancellation of commission work WITHIN the 14 day cooling off period. With the entirety of their 25% deposit being NON-REFUNDABLE. This is to indemnify Shabby Chic Rustique for the cost incurred of upcycling materials, time & work involved in commencing upcycling work on a customer's own item of furniture and/or mirror should the customer then change their mind and wish to terminate their commission agreement with Shabby Chic Rustique after the 14 day cooling off period has expired.
