Customers who have received a free consultation & quote from Shabby Chic Rustique, who have signed, dated & returned their Commission Agreement (agreeing to the Terms & Conditions of Shabby Chic Rustique's Commission Policy) and who have paid in advance of commission work commencing a 25% desposit (of the full amount needed as confirmed by free quote) will have 14 days from date of signed Commission Agreement and date of 25% deposit paid to confirm to Shabby Chic Rustique by phone/email they are happy for work to commence. Whereafter customers will be contacted on a regular basis by phone, email or WhatsApp video call within normal trading hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday giving them updates in the upcycling stage of their item. Customers are welcome to visit us in person within normal trading hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday to view their own item by prior appointment with Shabby Chic Rustique who can be contacted on 07888 383758 or at shabbychicrustique@gmail.com.
