Shabby Chic Rustique will collect & store in accordance with and adherring to current UK Data Protection and Money Laundering Leglislation customer details specifically and only in accordance with products, services and items purchased and in order to provide them with relevant details of delivery timescales, confirmation of online payments & in order to email/phone them as necessary. In accordance with current UK Data Protection & Money Laundering Legislation customer details, including Bank details will only be kept with the expressed confirmed permission of the customer throughout the duration of purchase, payment & receipt of item purchased by customer and for any commission work upcycling customer's own furniture and/or mirrors. With the customer being contacted to confirm they are happy for their email address to be retained by Shabby Chic Rustique after payment and receipt of item purchased/completion of commission process, payment & receipt of item by customer in order for Shabby Chic Rustique to keep customers updated of new products & services available on website. Should the customer not be in agreement with Shabby Chic Rustique keeping customer's email address for future communications of quarterly Newsletter etc customer's details will be deleted in accordance with customer's specific instructions to do so upon request.
