Customers will be fully refunded in the event of them receiving an order damaged beyond repair in the delivery process by Shabby Chic Rustique/Courier with customer providing photos to shabbychicrustique@gmail.com or via text message to 07888 383758 within normal trading hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday showing damage caused. Customers will be offered a partial refund for any item slightly damaged in transit which will be at the discretion of Shabby Chic Rustique & will reflect the amount of damage caused. Customers will receive a refund by Paypal/Credit/Debit Card within 3 days of photographic evidence of damage beyond repair caused to customer's item being received by email by us. Shabby Chic Rustique will contact the customer by email confirming date repayment has been processed back into their Paypal account/Credit/Debit Card.
